Had a great Xmas break at this hotel. Underground parking was a plus, allowing us to explore nearby shopping and entertainment venues. the friendly staff spoke English very well and the room was comfortable with high-quality bedding. the beautiful pool in the hotel's garden made for a nice afternoon swim.

The internet was not very reliable, and we had trouble getting a good signal from our room. the pool area was quite noisy due to the road traffic.

new hotel, everything was very nice except the noise. No sound proofing with tiled floors throughout. wouldn't recommend it on that basis alone. Pity as otherwise it's quite nice.

The bedrooms at the hotel are fantastic. Spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately the rooms do not have balconies. The pool area is discusting and all you can hear is the busy road next to it. There is absoultely nothing in the naerby area!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the location was convenient, with easy access to the train that takes you into the city. There were plenty of restaurants, a bowling alley, and a cinema nearby for entertainment. the room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-equipped bathroom. the service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was satisfying. the hotel had underground parking, which was a plus.

There was some road noise near the pool area, which could be a bit distracting at times.

The staff at the reception was polite, the room was big, but didn't have any balcony. The bathroom was a little old, but everything worked good there.

Only continental breakfast, small pool, tiny walls of the room.

We stayed at a hotel during Easter break and enjoyed the fact that it had parking and was near some restaurants. The room was well furnished with comfortable beds and a nice view from the window.

Our stay was not pleasant overall due to the loud noise from the road which disturbed our sleep. the hotel's Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to keep in touch with our family during the holiday.

Rooms were clean and comfortable

Breakfast was barely ok, with little choice and low quality food. Rooms were on the ground floor with only a door-window opening on a common area where anyone could be roaming about. No shutters on the windows, just a light tent.

noisy childrens coach party running about until 2am, complained at reception and it went alot quieter.

Very good value for money hotel. if you have a car you can esaily commute to the beach and the city centre. the receptionist was cute

Value for money and location for touring around Valencia City and exploring surrounding areas. We have a small dog and were given a downstairs room with access to a shared garden area. Hotel situated 6Km from Heron Leisure Complex with every type of restaurant anybody could wish.

We liked this hotel for our purposes. For others - it is best described as a bed and breakfast hotel for large groups of foreign tourists or school parties arriving daily in the evening by coach and leaving early next morning. Not a quiet hotel.Continental breakfast available but no general restaurant facilities available within the hotel were available while we were there.

It is a Clean and Comfortable Hotel.

The location is unknown to anyone around. The rooms don't have a view.

The hotel staff was able to speak English, that´s a big plus. There was also a supermarket next to the hotel, so we did not have to walk for hours to buy food or go for groceries in Valencia (where supermarkets are very rare).

Nothing, considering the price: 117 euro´s for 3 nights. The hotel is 27 kilometers from Valencia, so you have tot take the bus which only comes by every 2 hours.... But stops around the corner :)
